Four ways to capture, one editor to finish
Choose the mode that fits the moment — every capture opens instantly in the built-in editor.
Full Page
The whole page as one image. It scrolls and stitches for you; fixed headers appear once and lazy images get time to load. A progress card lets you stop and save.
Scrollable Block
Pick any inner scrolling panel (editors, dashboards, chats, mail) and capture all of its content, including blocks inside iframes.
View Area
Exactly what you see right now, in one click.
Selected Area
Drag to select any region on a darkened page, adjust the frame, then confirm with ✓ or cancel with ✕.
Mark it up without leaving the browser
Every capture opens in an editor with a tool panel. Your edits never overwrite the original — undo and start over any time.
- Colors and line widths for every tool
- Hold Shift for straight lines and perfect shapes
- Undo / Redo / Clear (Ctrl+Z / Ctrl+Y)
- Nudge selected objects with the arrow keys; Delete removes them
- Edits never overwrite the original
Get it out the way you work
Copy, save, print or revisit — everything stays on your device, ready when you need it.
Copy to clipboard
Paste straight into docs, chats and tickets.
Save as PNG or JPEG
Pick the format and set the JPEG quality.
Save as PDF
Letter, Legal or A4 with smart page breaks and clickable links. Optional header.
Send to any connected printer, no extra setup.
Capture history
Every shot is saved locally — reopen it later.

- History is stored only in your browser, on your device
Speak your language, set your defaults
Twelve interface languages and sensible defaults you can tune — from output format to where files land.
Browser built-in vs TakeFullPage
The native screenshot tool gets you part of the way. TakeFullPage finishes the job — locally.

Questions, answered
Is it free?
Yes. TakeFullPage is free to use: no account, no watermark and no limit on the number of captures.
Do screenshots leave my browser?
No. Capturing, editing, exporting and history all happen locally in your browser. Nothing is uploaded to any server.
Does it work on pages behind a login?
Yes. It captures what your browser already shows, so signed-in pages work as usual.
Can I capture a panel that scrolls inside the page?
Yes. Use Scrollable Block, hover the panel and click. Blocks inside iframes are supported too (the browser may ask for permission for that site).
How do I save a page as PDF with clickable links?
Capture the page, choose PDF in the editor’s Save menu, then pick Letter, Legal or A4. Smart page breaks avoid cutting through lines, and links stay clickable.
Why don’t fixed headers repeat?
While stitching, fixed and sticky elements are shown once instead of on every frame, so the result looks like one continuous page.
Which languages are supported?
Twelve: English, Українська, Español, Português (BR), Deutsch, Français, Italiano, Polski, Türkçe, 日本語, 한국어 and 简体中文. Pick one in Settings or leave it on Auto.
Which browsers are supported?
Google Chrome. Other Chromium-based browsers may work, but Chrome is the officially supported one.
